Plex Web App causes high CPU Spike

CPU utilisation spikes to 80%-90% when playing videos from the Web App. While CPU usage is negligible (1%-5%) when Playing from both Mac and Windows App. I am hosting Plex Web Server from Synology DS916+ (Quad Core 1.6Ghz and 8GB RAM).
