Firefox(Not Working): 48.0.2 and no Add-ons

For both Firefox and Chrome when I try to start playing a song it will show the now playing bar with the correct time, and allow me to jump to a time. But it won't actually play, the time stays at the same point.

For videos it shows the spinning loading symbol, and will show it until I close the player. If I disable the HTML5 player the video works, but music is still broken.

The web clients were working last week. The Windows Store Client is currently working.
